Xerox has released new print drivers and all Mac devices will be unable to print without them. With these new drivers comes a problem for many users however. In an effort to convince users to save paper, the driver is set to duplex (2 sided) printing by default from Xerox. Follow these steps to change the default settings from duplex printing to single sided printing or vice versa:
1. Open Microsoft Word
2. Go to File->Print
3. Choose the drop down menu option that says "Copies & Pages"
4. From the selection, choose "Xerox Features"
5. Now click on the button that says "2 sided printing" and change it to "1-sided printing"
